Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will help serve hot, fresh food with Cajun hospitality in a clean, friendly setting.

Roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep. Prior QSR experience and reliable availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends are preferred. We offer paid training, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick service or fast casual is preferred.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/holidays/weekends.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver hot, fresh food in a clean, safe environment.
• Support cash register operations and maintain clean dining areas.
• Assist in various stations: cashier, crew, cook, and backline prep.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

The Popeye’s Team Members are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service! A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality. Our Team Member roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, currently preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
