Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our field team, performing mowing, trimming, planting, and seasonal clean-up to keep properties in top shape.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, operate standard equipment, and collaborate with a Crew Leader to complete tasks safely and efficiently. Training is provided; lifting 50+ lbs and long hours are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; some roles may require DOT certification.
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable).

About The Role

Work Hours

• Typically Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm (seasonal overtime likely)
• Weekend or on-call hours possible during peak season
