Job summary

Wingstop franchise in West Sacramento is hiring Crew Members for front-of-house and back-of-house roles. You’ll be cross-trained as a cashier and cook, join a fast-paced, team-driven environment, and help deliver great guest service.

New team members start part-time with opportunities to move to full-time based on attendance and performance. Competitive pay, internal growth, and a collaborative culture are emphasized as you learn Wingstop recipes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled closing shifts and remain until closing duties are complete (after 1:00 AM).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
• Basic math skills, including making accurate change.
• Able to multitask and think quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Our Wingstop franchise is looking for Crew Members to help fill immediate openings. Crew Members are cross-trained to work in both Front of House (Cashier) and Back of House (Cook) positions.
