Job summary

Wingstop is hiring Team Members to prepare fresh food, assist guests, maintain cleanliness, and help deliver the Wingstop experience. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure quality in a fast-paced kitchen and counter environment.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, reliability, and multitasking. Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines
