Job summary

Wingstop is hiring Crew Members in Spokane to deliver great food and guest experiences. As a Crew Member you will prepare wings and sides, take orders, handle transactions, and work with a team to keep the restaurant energized.

We value friendly, dependable teammates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to learn. Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you'll help create an awesome experience for every guest by:

• Preparing fresh, high-quality food according to Wingstop standards
• Providing fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
• Taking orders, handling transactions, and helping guests with questions
• Preparing wings, fries, sides, and other menu items with speed and attention to quality
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
• Following food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Working with your teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy shifts
• Restocking supplies and maintaining an organized work area
• Learning multiple positions and supporting the team wherever needed
• Bringing a positive attitude and great energy to every shift

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
