Wingstop is seeking Crew Members to join our fast-paced team in Washington. You will help deliver great food and a memorable guest experience while maintaining a positive energy on every shift.

Responsibilities include preparing wings, taking orders, handling transactions, and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming. Prior restaurant experience helps, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued above all.

• Prepare wings, fries, sides, and other menu items quickly and with quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Work with teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy shifts.
• Restock supplies and keep an organized work area.
• Learn multiple positions and support the team as needed.
• Bring a positive attitude and energy to every shift.

What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you’ll help create an awesome experience for every guest by:

• Preparing fresh, high-quality food according to Wingstop standards
• Providing fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
• Taking orders, handling transactions, and helping guests with questions
• Preparing wings, fries, sides, and other menu items with speed and attention to quality
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
• Following food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Working with your teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy shifts
• Restocking supplies and maintaining an organized work area
• Learning multiple positions and supporting the team wherever needed
• Bringing a positive attitude and great energy to every shift

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
