Job summary

Burger King in Utah is seeking a Crew Member to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting Restaurant Managers and fellow Crew Members in maintaining operations. You will interact with guests and help ensure smooth service across shifts under the guidance of the General Manager and shift supervisors.

This role requires a friendly, reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task across stations, and adheres to company standards and policies. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to interact politely with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all restaurant operations.

Job description

The Crew Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Crew Member to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
