Job summary

Burger King team members provide exceptional guest service and work closely with restaurant managers and staff to maintain standards. This role involves assisting with orders, payments, food preparation, and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Team members operate under general supervision, interact with guests and field operations, and contribute to smooth shift operations by stocking, attending shifts, and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.

The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Member to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
