Job summary

Burger King in Grand Rapids, MN is hiring a Team Member to deliver outstanding guest service while supporting daily restaurant operations. You will work with Restaurant Managers and team members to ensure orders are taken accurately, food is prepared and presented safely, and the dining area remains clean and welcoming.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to learn each station.

Qualifications

• Must be at least fourteen years of age.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
