Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to help with food and beverage preparation, follow brand standards, and provide guests with friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes maintaining a clean workstation, assisting with drive-thru or counter service, and contributing to a guest-focused culture while learning and adapting to changes. No formal education is required; willingness to learn and teamwork are valued.

• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Position Title: Restaurant Team Member

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Overview:

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited‑time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
