Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs in Milwaukee is seeking a Crew Member to craft great food, deliver authentic interactions, and support a fast-paced, welcoming dining room.

You’ll handle cash and POS, participate in opening and closing duties, and help maintain food safety and cleanliness. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required; food handling certification is available on the job.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Maintain strong food handling and sanitation standards
• Complete prep accurately and on time

Clean & Safe Environment:

• Maintain strong situational awareness — keep your head on a swivel
• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you don’t have one- we’ll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere
