Job summary

ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking responsible Crew Leads / Shift Lead / Supervisor FOH & BOH to oversee restaurant operations when the GM and Culinary Lead are unavailable. • Fulfill duties of the Service Team while supervising progress and activity with guests.
• Communicate with Culinary staff to ensure food is served fresh, hot, and timely.
• Refer to the Service Team Member job description as part of your position.
• Maintain fresh, stocked, and professional drink machines and cold case.
• Maintain cashier areas.
• Manage flow of Service Team Members and Specialists for maximum shift efficiency.
• Schedule Service Team staff.
