Job summary

ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking a Crew Lead / Shift Lead / Supervisor to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The role supports the GM and Culinary Lead and is available as full-time or part-time.

You will supervise service team members, coordinate with culinary staff to ensure food is prepared fresh and served on time, manage staff scheduling, and maintain cashier areas. Prior leadership experience in a restaurant is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Shift lead or restaurant supervisor is highly desirable.
• Full-time or part-time availability.
• Ability to supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the Service Team Members while supervising their progress and activity with the guests throughout the day.
• Communicate on behalf of Service Team to Culinary staff to ensure food comes out fresh, hot, and in a timely manner to our guests.
• You must refer to the Service Team Member job description and agree that it is part of your position as well.
• Ensuring that all products in the drink machines and cold case are fresh, stocked, and looking professional.
• Ensuring the maintenance of all areas for cashiers.
• Managing the flow of Service Team Members and Specialists to ensure maximum efficiency throughout the shift. Anticipate the needs of the Service Team staff so that the store functions seamlessly with a positive energy.
• Schedule Service Team staff.

Crew Leads / Shift Lead / Supervisor FOH & BOH has full responsibility of the restaurant if the GM and Culinary Lead are not working!Crew Leads / Shift Lead / Supervisor FOH & BOH is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.Prior experience as a Shift lead, leader, crew lead, team lead, supervisor, Assistant General Manager (GM, AGM) or other restaurant management job highly desirable.
