You will be responsible for documenting job progress with photos and updating notes using basic computer skills. A valid vehicle and a willingness to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• IICRC Certification for water, fire & mold cleanup required.
• Availability for after-hours/weekend work and on-call rotation.
• Reliable vehicle with a good driving record.

Fast growing Water, Fire & Mold Mitigation and Restoration Company located in Baltimore is seeking a Working Foreman/Crew leader to join our team to work and manage fire, water and mold clean up jobs.

Responsibilities;

• Overseeing and handling mitigation, demolition, drying process, etc
• Responsible for all job update documentation and photos
• Must have basic computer skills (entering notes, and photo upload)

Qualifications;

• Candidate must have 2 or more years of experience in our field
• Must have IICRC Certification for water, fire & mold clean up
• Candidate MUST have availability for after-hours/weekend work and on-call rotation.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and good driving record
• DRUG FREE WORK PLACE/ MUST PASS DRUG TEST and BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
