Si Restoration, a fast-growing Water, Fire & Mold Mitigation and Restoration company in Baltimore, seeks a Working Foreman/Crew Chief to lead cleanup projects and supervise crew activities. Responsibilities include overseeing mitigation, demolition and drying processes, maintaining job updates with documentation and photos, and using basic computer tools for notes and uploads.

Applicants must have 2+ years in the field, IICRC certification, a reliable vehicle, and willingness for after-hours

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in water, fire or mold restoration.
• Must have IICRC Certification for water, fire & mold cleanup.
• Availability for after-hours/weekend work and on-call rotation.
• Reliable vehicle and good driving record.
• Drug-free workplace and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mitigation, demolition, and drying processes on jobsites.
• Handle job update documentation and photos for each project.
• Enter notes and upload photos using basic computer tools.

• -Overseeing and handling mitigation, demolition, drying process, etc
• -Responsible for all job update documentation and photos
• -Must have basic computer skills (entering notes, and photo upload)
