Job summary

The Crew Leader at Wright Tree Service provides support and coaching to the crew to achieve production goals while identifying safety hazards and ensuring compliance on the job site. You will allocate tasks and prioritize work under the General Foreperson's direction, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, supervising herbicide application, and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• Must understand safety regulations (OSHA) and company policies.
• Knowledge of tree care operations and pruning techniques.
• Ability to read maps and interpret work orders.

Responsibilities

• Coaches crew on safety practices, OSHA compliance, and company policies.
• Trims, removes and/or fells trees using climbing equipment and ground tools.
• Obtains property access, communicates with customers and schedules work.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets and work orders for production.
