Job summary

Valor Environmental is hiring for a Full-Time Skid Steer Operator and Crew Leader in construction/landscaping. Salary range is $44k-$46k. The role leads crews, operates heavy equipment, and ensures safety and quality on-site across projects.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in construction or landscaping, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors year-round, including weekends. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401k, and year-round work.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in construction or landscaping
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Able to work outdoors in all weather
• Willing to work weekends and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Leads all crew activities for daily on-site work including material management and safety
• Interacts with clients on site to ensure work is completed to standards
• Reinforces company culture with crew on attire, communication, work ethic, safety and attitude
• Maintains and utilizes job materials and tools with minimal waste
• Operates heavy equipment (e.g., skid steer, trencher, backhoe) and truck/trailer safely
• Completes required paperwork accurately and timely
• Performs additional duties as assigned
