Valor Environmental in Panama City, FL is hiring a Full-Time Skid Steer Operator/Crew Leader for construction and landscaping projects. The role leads daily crew activities, manages materials and safety, and coordinates with site clients to ensure quality work.

You will operate skid steer and related equipment, assist with inspections, and complete paperwork timely. The job offers year-round work, comprehensive benefits, and a company culture that emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Previous construction or landscaping leadership experience.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Able to work outdoors in all weather.
Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
Be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts.

Responsibilities

Leads all crew activities for daily jobs, including site travel, material management, quality control, and safety checks.
Interacts with clients on site to ensure work is completed to standard.
Reinforces company culture with the crew (attire, communication, work ethic, safety).
Keeps job materials organized and minimizes waste.
Operates heavy equipment (skid steer, trencher, backhoe, sweeper) and obeys regulations.
Uses phones/computers for reporting and documentation.
Completes paperwork accurately and on time.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
