Job summary

PDX Movers in Tualatin, OR is seeking hard-working Movers and Crew Leaders to join our local moving team. No driving required; you will help wrap, load, unload, and protect customer belongings while building a career in a fast-moving crew.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $21.50 per hour with tips and bonuses. Drivers can promote to $19.50–$24.00 per hour after meeting eligibility; weekly pay and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Availability: Full-time roles require open availability (Mon–Sun).
• Physical stamina: heavy-lifting, 100+ lbs, stairs, active movement all day.
• Screenings: must pass a background check per Oregon rules.
• Reliability: shifts start at 7:30 AM and require dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Wrap, protect, load, and unload customer belongings with your crew.
• Assist with local residential and commercial moves in the Portland metro area.
• Provide excellent on-site customer service to earn review bonuses and tips.
