PDX Movers is seeking movers and crew leaders to join a fast-paced, locally focused team in the Tualatin area. You will wrap, protect, load, and unload customer belongings and assist with moves around the Portland metro area, delivering strong customer service and ensuring a smooth moving day.

Entry-level movers start with clear pay tiers, and progression to lead roles adds earnings. Weekly pay, paid training, and health benefits after 90 days are offered for full‑time staff; part‑time options

PDX Movers is looking for hard-working Movers and Crew Leaders to join our team. Whether you are brand new to the moving industry or an experienced Lead looking for a better crew, we have a spot for you—no driving required.

• Clear Starting Pay Tiers:
  • Entry-Level Mover: Starts at $17.00/hr base pay.
  • Lead 1 – Lead 3: Ranges from $18.00 – $21.50/hr base pay based on moving experience and leadership capabilities.
• The Driver Premium: Want an instant $2.50/hr pay bump? Meet our driver eligibility criteria down the road, step behind the wheel, and your base pay jumps to $19.50–$24.00/hr!

The Money & Perks:

• $17.00–$21.50/hr Base Pay: Structured pay tiers based on your moving experience and leadership level.
• Instant Path to $19.50–$24.00/hr: Get a $2.50/hr raise when you qualify and step up to become an approved driver!
• Paid Moving Training: No prior moving experience? We fully train entry-level movers on how to pack, wrap, and protect items like a pro.
• Weekly Pay: Get paid every week—no waiting around.

What We Need From You:

• Availability: Full‑time roles require open availability (Monday–Sunday).
• Physical Stamina: This is heavy‑lifting, physical work (100+ lbs, stairs, active movement all day).
• Screenings: Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) codes.
• Reliability: Shifts start at 7:30 AM sharp. We need dependable team players who show up ready to work.
