Job summary

PDX Movers in Houston, TX is hiring Lead Drivers to run the crew and ensure smooth moves. You’ll operate moving trucks (non-CDL), supervise 2–4 movers, and coordinate on-site client interactions to deliver excellent service.

We offer weekly pay, base earnings of $17–$22 per hour plus tips, and full benefits including health, dental, and vision. Paid training is provided, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License held for 2+ years with clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift and move 75–100+ lbs repeatedly
• Prior experience in moving, delivery, route driving, warehouse, or crew leadership
• Punctual, reliable, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company moving trucks (non-CDL)
• Lead a crew of 2–4 movers on residential and commercial jobs
• Wrap, load, pack, and protect customer furniture and belongings
• Keep the move running smoothly, efficiently, and safely
• Be the main point of contact for the customer on-site
