Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Lynwood, IL is seeking experienced Crew Leaders for our Enhancement division. You will oversee all aspects of a crew from start to finish, ensuring safety and timely completion.

Responsibilities include supervising crew activities, conducting daily pre-trip inspection reports, coordinating with branch management and customers, and using install tools and heavy equipment while following safety policies. Masonry and paving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience managing a crew providing landscaping installation or related services.
• Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass an MVR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Enhancement activities of the crew, ensuring safety, training, and proper tools.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Use install tools and operate heavy equipment; safely drive crews to/from jobs in accordance with Safety Policy.
• Candidates with masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls experience are desired.
