Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to supervise Enhancement crews in the field, ensuring safety, providing materials, and coordinating with branch management and customers.

You will oversee all activities from start to finish, conduct daily pre-trip inspections, drive crews to sites, operate install tools and heavy equipment, and enforce safety policies. Experience with masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls is desired.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping installation or related services.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Enhancement activities of the crew, ensuring safety materials, training, and tools are provided.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
