Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in New Jersey seeks a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites in Hillside or Bound Brook. You will lead a 2–5 person crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards across maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color management.

You’ll schedule work, monitor service delivery, train and develop crew members, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure client satisfaction through

Qualifications

BrightView Equipment certifications.
Experience in a landscape-related field.
Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
Deliver services as specified on client sites.
Log crew time via electronic time capture (ETC).
Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
Provide feedback on crew performance.
Assist in developing and training crew members.
Identify more efficient ways to perform work.
Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client expectations.
