Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader in New Jersey to oversee landscape operations at client sites, directing a 2–5 person crew. You will ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView’s standards, while coordinating with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a landscape crew (2–5 people).
• BrightView Equipment certifications or equivalent.
• Experience in a landscape-related field with demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Train and develop crew members.
