Landscapes USA in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to supervise a maintenance crew across high-end commercial properties and luxury communities. You will oversee daily tasks, ensure top-quality mowing, trimming, pruning, and equipment operation, while maintaining client standards.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years of maintenance experience, and the ability to manage schedules and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience on high-end properties.
• Experience leading and managing landscape maintenance crews.
• Strong knowledge of pruning, irrigation, seasonal maintenance, and plant health.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
