Job summary

United Land Services is seeking an experienced Crew Leader in Ocala, FL to guide a 3–5 person crew on landscaping projects. You will oversee daily tasks, ensure edge and lawn care quality, and maintain plants to keep sites looking impeccable.

The role requires 1–2 years in a Crew Leader role, lawn maintenance or landscape installation experience, and a valid driver’s license. Expect steady hours with potential overtime and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a Crew Leader role or similar leadership position.
• Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience required.
• Must be available to work extended hours Mon–Fri.
• Leadership skills to guide a small crew.
• Valid driver's license required for site-to-site travel.

We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a pivotal figure, you will oversee a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. You will utilize a variety of tools, such as mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools, to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 members, ensuring effective teamwork and task execution.
• Utilize mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to expertly trim grass and edge lawn areas.
• Maintain nearby plants and foliage to uphold an impeccable appearance.
• Uphold quality and safety standards during project execution.

Requirements:

• Must possess 1-2years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
• Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is essential.
• Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
• Leadership Skills:Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
• Valid driver’s license required, as this role may involve driving between job sites and operating company vehicles.
