Job summary

Sunrise Landscape in Venice, FL is seeking a Crew Leader, Landscape (Driver) to guide a maintenance crew on commercial properties. This hands-on role blends leadership with field work to deliver high-quality results and on-time project completion.

The successful candidate will oversee safety, scheduling, and productivity while collaborating with Foremen and Operations. A strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of landscape maintenance experience required, with prior crew lead or senior crew preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather.
• Experience with Aspire time and production tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of assigned crew to complete maintenance routes safely and to standards.
• Conduct pre-shift safety meetings and review work assignments.
• Provide coaching, training, and accountability to improve performance.
• Track crew hours, job codes, and progress in Aspire daily.
• Safely operate company vehicles and transport crew and equipment.
• Operate landscaping equipment and ensure proper maintenance of tools.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal on properties.
• Enforce safety standards and promote teamwork and accountability.
