United Land Services is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to oversee a team of 3–5 crew members in our landscape maintenance and installation projects. You will direct daily tasks, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain lawns and plants with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires 1–2 years of Crew Leader experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work extended hours Monday through Friday.

We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a pivotal figure, you will oversee a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. You will utilize a variety of tools, such as mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools, to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage.

Requirements

• Must possess 1-2years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
• Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is essential.
• Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
• Leadership Skills:Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
• Valid driver’s license required, as this role may involve driving between job sites and operating company vehicles.
