Job summary

United Land Services in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to supervise a small crew and ensure high-quality landscape tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

You will manage 3–5 crew members, operate lawn care tools, coordinate daily work, and uphold company standards across maintenance, installation, and irrigation projects. A valid driver’s license and 1–2 years in a crew leadership role are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
• Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is essential.
• Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
• Leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
• Valid driver’s license required, as this role may involve driving between job sites and operating company vehicles.
