Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Crew Leader/Foreman to supervise two or more crews on site, planning, leading, organizing and coordinating daily operations. You will ensure equipment runs safely and that timely, accurate paperwork is completed, while maintaining strong customer relations and safety compliance.

You will train technicians, promote safety policies, and interact professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• Must wear protective clothing incl Nomex coveralls, back belts, slicker suits, boots, a breathing mask and hard hat.
• Able to work under extreme climate conditions releative to the location.
• Able to withstand exposure to dust, fumes, exhaust and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner and exhibit strong communication skills.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
