Cantey Foundation Specialists is hiring a Construction Installer in BESSEMER, AL. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with PPE and clothing provided, and a focus on delivering permanent, high‑quality foundation solutions to homeowners.

Initial training pays $18/hour for 90 days, followed by an annual compensation range of $45,000–$65,000, depending on install volume. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Aflac, 401(k) matching, and PTO.
