Job summary

Cantey Foundation Specialists in Matthews, NC is hiring a Crew Leader to supervise a construction crew delivering permanent, high‑quality home foundation repairs. Training is paid at $35/hr, then $22/hr plus 60% production commission, with strong earning potential.

You will travel to new locations, receive extensive hands‑on training, and work a Monday–Friday schedule with PPE and safety training. We offer a dynamic culture, solid benefits, and clear paths to higher earnings through performance.

Qualifications

You’ll have the opportunity to travel and work in several new locations every month.
