Cantey Foundation Specialists in Matthews, NC is seeking a Construction Installer to join our team. This role offers a stable weekly schedule, hands-on training, and the chance to earn top income by delivering permanent foundation solutions to our customers.

You'll travel to multiple locations each month, work on a skilled crew, and receive PPE and supportive gear. The position is full-time, with a training pay of $20/hour for 90 days, followed by a $45,000–$65,000 yearly earnings potential

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience is OK, but training is provided.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential home foundations to high quality standards.
• Travel to multiple locations monthly as part of a well‑managed crew.
• Operate safely using provided PPE and training.
