Job summary

Signature Landscape, Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to supervise a 2–3 person crew on commercial landscape maintenance projects. This is a year-round role with seasonal snow support, based in Olathe, KS.

You will lead, motivate, and train crew members, perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, and operate trucks and landscape tools while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion. The position offers overtime eligibility, health and dental insurance, a 401K with company

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
