Job Description

Essential Functions:

1. Deliver superior service to guests and lead associates.
2. Optimize crew placement and assist with assigning breaks and jobs.
3. Reinforce AMC's wardrobe standards and coach on sales pitches for AMC Stubs.
4. Resolve guest questions and concerns, including pass distribution.
5. Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols, oversee line checks, stocking, and food assembly.
6. Distribute banks and support cash handling procedures.
7. Assist with inventory, voids, refunds, and maintenance needs.
8. Help with marketing displays and booth operations.
9. Perform crew functions as needed and other duties directed by management.
10. Maintain attendance and uphold AMC's standards and policies.

Skill Requirements

• Competency in all crew positions.
