Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Deliver superior guest service and lead associates.
• Optimize crew placement and assist with assigning breaks and tasks.
• Reinforce wardrobe standards and coach on sales pitches for AMC Stubs.
• Resolve guest concerns and distribute passes appropriately.
• Follow opening and closing duties, and ensure cleanliness through programs like TCUP, KCUP, or MacCUP.
• Train and support crew to follow safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Oversee line checks, stocking, condiment areas, and food assembly.
• Distribute and manage cash and inventory, support booth operations, and assist with maintenance and marketing tasks.
• Perform crew functions as needed based on business levels.
• Maintain attendance and uphold company standards and policies.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Competency in all crew positions.
