Job Description

Essential Functions:

1. Deliver superior guest service and lead associates effectively.
2. Optimize crew placement and assist with assigning breaks and tasks.
3. Reinforce AMC standards with crew members.
4. Coach peers on sales pitches for AMC Stubs.
5. Resolve guest questions and distribute passes when needed.
6. Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are followed, including opening and closing duties and specific cleaning programs.
7. Support inventory management, including cash handling, stock replenishment, and secure storage.
8. Assist with booth operations, marketing displays, and performance scheduling.
9. Perform crew functions as needed based on business levels.
10. Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company standards and policies.

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Competency in all crew positions.

Uniform: Provided by theatre: nametag and red t-shirt. Provided by associate: black pants, slip-resistant shoes, socks, and black belt.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Age 16 or older (additional location-specific requirements may apply).
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks regularly.
