Job Description

Lead single crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services safely and effectively at industrial facilities.

Duties

1. Lead crews, provide feedback, assist, and train new employees according to company and client policies.
2. Ensure all equipment is operational.
3. Maintain general knowledge of Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K).
4. Have general knowledge of Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks.
5. Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, familiar with all necessary equipment.
6. Inspect work sites and equipment before beginning work.
7. Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety paperwork.

Conditions

1. Work at Industrial Owner Facilities in and around Greater Houston Area.
2. Travel up to 25% for out-of-town assignments.
3. Perform manual labor related to USA DeBusk services.
4. Be on call 24/7.
5. Work shifts of 12-16 hours, indoors and outdoors, on your feet.
6. Operate hydro blasting equipment, including shotgun nozzles.
7. Set up equipment, lifting hoses up to 50 lbs.
8. Work at heights with fall protection gear.
9. Work in confined spaces for 4-7 hours, standing or walking long periods.

Requirements

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Experience in hydro blasting and vacuuming.
3. Valid Driver's License.
4. Pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen.
5. Pass all background checks.
