Wilson Sporting Goods Co. in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee is hiring a 1st Shift Crew Leader.

Starting at $22.00 per hour, this role involves disseminating work, assisting the team to stay on task, and training new associates. Shift runs 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will work with the Warehouse Supervisor, plan nightly duties, schedule teams, and direct daily operations while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• PIT training and operation of PIT equipment (Reach Truck/Order Selector).
• Ability to work full-time and overtime as needed.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities.
• Basic computer, math and communication skills required.
• Attention to detail and professional conduct.

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Plan nightly duties according to priority.
• Schedule teams and disseminate daily workload.
• Direct operation tasks to team members.
• Perform replenishment, put-away and shipping processes.
• Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by OSHA standards.
• Work overtime when necessary; flex schedule as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Starting at $22.00 per hour. The 1st Shift Crew Leader will be responsible for disseminating work, assisting with keeping the team on task, and training new associates.

The shift is from 6:30AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

• Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (Flexibility is a must).
• Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time to comply with the company attendance policy.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to successfully pass PIT training and operating PIT (Reach Truck and Order Selector).
• Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary
• Full-time Wilson Associate
• Previous general SAP experience
• Previous leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously
• Desire to grow with our company
• An attention to detail where accuracy is key
• An ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism
