Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is seeking a 2nd Shift VAS Crew Lead at our Mt. Juliet, Tennessee warehouse. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour. Shift runs 6:00AM–3:00PM, Monday–Friday. The role involves disseminating work, keeping the team on task, and training new associates.

You will plan daily duties, schedule teams, direct tasks, perform replenishment and shipping processes, and maintain a safe workspace. SAP experience and prior leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary.
• Previous general SAP experience.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities.
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must.
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Desire to grow with our company.
• Driver experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.

Starting at $22.00 per hour. The 2nd Shift VAS (Value Added Service) Crew Lead will be responsible for disseminating work, assisting with keeping the team on task, and training new associates.

Shift: 6:00AM - 3:00PM Monday - Friday.
