Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is hiring a 1st Shift Crew Leader for our Mt. Juliet, Tennessee warehouse. The role leads daily workflows, assists with task prioritization, and trains new associates.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour for a 6:30 AM–3:00 PM shift, Monday–Friday. This on-site role includes medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and paid parental leave. Experience with SAP and PIT equipment is a plus; leadership and communication skills are valued in

Qualifications

• Pass PIT training and operate PIT equipment.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Plan nightly duties according to priority.
• Schedule teams and disseminate daily workload.
• Direct operation tasks to team members.
• Perform replenishment, put-away and shipping processes.
• Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with OSHA standards.
• Work independently and in a team, may assist in other departments and overtime as needed.
• Consistently work scheduled shifts and maintain attendance.

Overview

Starting at $22.00 per hour.The 1st Shift Crew Leader will be responsible for disseminating work, assisting with keeping the team on task, and training new associates.

The shift is from 6:30AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

• Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (Flexibility is a must).
• Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time to comply with the company attendance policy.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to successfully pass PIT training and operating PIT (Reach Truck and Order Selector).
• Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary
• Full-time Wilson Associate
• Previous general SAP experience
• Previous leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously
• Desire to grow with our company
• An attention to detail where accuracy is key
• An ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism
