Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee seeks a 1st Shift Crew Leader to coordinate daily warehouse tasks and train new associates.

Starting wage is $22.00 per hour, with a 6:30AM to 3:00PM schedule, Monday through Friday. You will disseminate work, monitor team progress, and keep operations on track in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Qualifications

• Must pass PIT training and operate Reach Truck/Order Selector.
• Able to work shift plus overtime when required.
• Full-time Wilson Associate.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with professional conduct.
• Willing to work across departments and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Plan nightly duties according to priority.
• Schedule teams and disseminate daily workload.
• Direct operation tasks to team members.
• Perform replenishment, put-away and shipping processes.
• Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by OSHA standards.
• Work independently and in a team; support other departments; overtime when needed.
• Consistently work scheduled shifts and maintain attendance.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Overview

Starting at $22.00 per hour.The 1st Shift Crew Leader will be responsible for disseminating work, assisting with keeping the team on task, and training new associates.

The shift is from 6:30AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

• Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (Flexibility is a must).
• Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time to comply with the company attendance policy.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to successfully pass PIT training and operating PIT (Reach Truck and Order Selector).
• Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary
• Full-time Wilson Associate
• Previous general SAP experience
• Previous leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously
• Desire to grow with our company
• An attention to detail where accuracy is key
• An ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism
