Wilson Sporting Goods Co. in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee is seeking a Lift Operator for a full-time shift from 3:00 p.m.

to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role pays $21.00 per hour plus a 10% shift differential, with a warehouse environment emphasizing safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities include handling shipping area needs, equipment maintenance, pallet movement, and adherence to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in an LTL/TL shipping environment.
• Understanding of reach operator roles in a warehouse distribution environment.
• Familiarity with SAP Warehouse Management System.
• Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
• Effective organization and time management skills; prioritization and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine needs that arise in the shipping area.
• Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Perform maintenance in the receiving area to keep the distribution center neat and organized.
• Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to OSHA standards.
• Use SAP scanners, tablets, and other devices to complete tasks.
• Meet production efficiency levels.
• Maintain quality of work with a focus on accuracy.
• Work independently and in a team; provide support to other departments and overtime as needed.
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
• Troubleshoot and correct problems in daily tasks.
• Assist with container unloaders as needed.
• Perform any other leadership-assigned tasks.

What You'll Do

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle routine needs that arise in the shipping area.
• Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Perform maintenance in the receiving area to maintain a neat and organized distribution center.
• Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards.
• Use SAP scanners, tablets, and other devices as assigned to complete assignments.
• Continually meet production efficiency levels
• Maintain quality of work (Accuracy is key)
• Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (Flexibility is a must).
• Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time to comply with the company attendance policy.
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
• Be able to troubleshoot and correct problems that occur within your daily tasks.
• Assist with container unloaders as needed.
• Perform any other assignment/task given by any member of leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an LTL/TL shipping environment.
• Basic understanding of reach operator roles within a warehouse distribution environment.
• Basic understanding of the SAP warehouse management system.
• Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
• Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking, and planning.
• Flexibility as priorities may change mid-task.
• Have a personable and positive attitude when dealing with co-workers and vendors.
• Ability to handle multiple job tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain a high-level of professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to successfully pass PIT training and operating PIT (Reach Truck and Order Selector).
