Job Description

Essential Functions:

1. Deliver superior guest service and lead associates effectively.
2. Optimize crew placement and assist with break and job assignments.
3. Reinforce wardrobe standards and peer coach on sales pitches for AMC Stubs.
4. Resolve guest questions and concerns, including pass distribution.
5. Ensure cleanliness and safety standards, including opening/closing duties and clean-up programs.
6. Support inventory management, cash handling, and booth operations.
7. Assist with marketing, scheduling, and maintenance tasks.
8. Perform crew functions as needed based on business levels.
9. Maintain attendance and uphold company standards and policies.

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Competency in all crew positions.

Uniform: Provided by Theatre: Nametag, red t-shirt. Provided by Associate: Black pants, slip-resistant shoes, socks, black belt.

Compensation

Range: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour, based on skills and location.
