The Solar Crew Lead will mentor a team and travel extensively to ensure all installation practices are safe and meet quality standards. Up to 70% of travel in and out of state(s) is expected.

Duties:

1. Lead and supervise a team of installers during solar panel installations.

3. Install labels on solar system components according to specifications.
