SavATree Bozeman is seeking an Experienced Tree Climber - Crew Lead in Bozeman, MT. The role offers a pay range of $25-$35/hr based on experience, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

You will lead a crew on pruning, removals, cabling, and safety-focused tasks, using ropes, chainsaws, and aerial lifts. Emphasis on leadership, safety, and delivering top-tier tree care for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in proper pruning of large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Strong knowledge of tree and shrub species and their characteristics.
• Comfortable climbing without spurs and adhering to safety standards.
• Experienced with chainsaws, aerial lifts (bucket trucks), and other tree care equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-quality tree care services including pruning, removals, and cabling.
• Climb trees safely using proper techniques, ropes, saddle, and ladders.
• Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts and other equipment effectively.
• Apply ANSI A300 Pruning Standards and ANSI Z safety practices.
