Job summary

SavATree is hiring a Tree Climber to join our General Tree Care Team. This role pays $20-30/hr based on experience and includes a sign-on bonus of $1,000, paid PTO, benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

You will perform pruning, removals, and cabling, climb trees using ropes and ladders, and operate chainsaws and lifts while applying ANSI standards to keep clients' landscapes healthy and safe. The ideal candidate has a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to work legally in the U.S.
• Passion for outdoor work and environmental stewardship.
• Experience in tree care and climbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality tree care services, including pruning, removals, and cabling.
• Climb trees safely using ropes, saddle, and ladders; operate chainsaws and lifts.
• Apply ANSI A300 Pruning Standards and ANSI Z safety guidelines in all tasks.
