SavATree is seeking a Crew Lead Tree Climber in Wisconsin. The role involves leading a tree care crew and performing pruning, removals, and cabling with focus on safety and quality. Expect hands-on leadership, climbing, and operation of tree care equipment.

We offer competitive pay in the $35–$37/hour range based on experience, plus paid PTO, benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Sign-on bonus of $2,000 is available.

Competenze

• Valid U.S. driver's license and legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Proficient in pruning large trees and ornamentals; knowledge of species
• Experience with chainsaws, bucket trucks, and climbing gear
• Familiarity with ANSI pruning standards and safety guidelines

Mansioni

• Perform high-quality tree care: pruning, removals, cabling
• Climb trees safely with proper techniques, ropes, saddle, ladders
• Operate chainsaws, bucket trucks, and other equipment
• Apply ANSI A300 pruning standards and ANSI Z safety guidelines
• Ensure proper pruning cuts to preserve health and structure
• Assist in removals using ropes, spikes, and safe takedowns
• Identify hazards and perform safety checks before/during/after jobs
• Perform aerial rescues when needed
• Maintain communication with team and clients for safety and service
• Take ownership and contribute to a safety-focused culture
