Job summary

Trees, Llc seeks a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, coordinate work orders, and maintain safety and quality on-site in Laurinburg, NC. You will train crew members, monitor performance, and work with management on staffing and scheduling.

The role requires CDL, strong communication, and the ability to manage field activities, barriers, and equipment while ensuring customer relations and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training and instructs crew on new job units.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Communicates with property owners about access and responsibilities.
